I do keto for ~3 months every 2-3 years. I'll lose 10-15 pounds, which gets me to my ideal weight. Then I'll slowly gain it all back and repeat the process. It's the only diet I can sustain because it doesn't really involve conscious calorie reduction. When I'm counting calories I obsess over food.
2020: 13/23 blue chips
2019: 12/22 blue chips
Currently at 40% BCR.
1 more class like these last 2 and we will finally get into that elusive "blue chip ratio" club that we have not been a part of since the Fulmer days.
At this rate we may blow right past it.
Mo, I don't see anyone, on this team, that is anywhere close to being NBA talent. I also think this team has a chemistry problem. Barnes has proven he's a great coach but these guys just haven't responded to what he wants them do. There is absolutely "zero" chemistry with these guys and I don't see anyone who wants the ball in their hands when the game is on the line.We get him back for next season too (most likely). I think there's a chance Pons could enter the draft, personally I think he should stay and finish his degree. Because I actually believe our staff is better at player development than a majority of NBA & NBA G League teams are...but maybe I'm bias.
Ideally next season you return Pons, Fulkerson, bring in Walker, Springer, and Keon will have Bailey eligible and have a full off-season (hopefully healthy) for James, Santiago, & Uros to get better.
Really excited for next season in football & basketball.
