I’m curious to know what his development plan looks like and what route he’d like to go in his career path. Is he a future coordinator? Or does he take the leap to a smaller head coaching gig eventually and grow into a P5 HC? You know they’ve had these discussions.

Guys like him that work their way up on both sides of the ball usually end up at hc. And usually are good at it. Matt rhule and Scott frost both did this recently.
