I think that's stupid. Early signing day was created for kids who were locked in, looking to keep a spot or sick of being recruited. That wont change for some of these kids.

No one is making these kids sign early. Taking away the option seems unnecessary.

Makes zero sense... It is the kids choice whether or not to sign on ESD. If they want to push off signing to NSD they can.

In this scenario, they are only taking away options for the kids.

that makes no sense, it's voluntary, it's not like they "have to" sign" in december. but if they want to...give it hell.

and they don't need to be anywhere to send in the NLI....here's an idea, scrap the "fax machine" and let's just be able to scan/email .pdfs like it's the 21st century...i can do that from cell phone now. lol.

i don't see this being a thing when its all said and done....there's no reason not to hae the ESD.....it's up to the prospect.
