Glad to help!! Seriously, do you know how to set up your Twitter app to get push notifications from Volnation? I donāt get on Twitter, and only have an account for the text alerts from here. Now, I get on to see the notifications.
Your are jumping to conclusions. Had he continued to run he might be alive. Had they not been stupid and chased him cowboy style the whole series of events would have never happened. They are responsible for their actions, but those actions don't equal murder IMO. I'd say manslaughter. They didn't go into this with the intent to kill him, imo, but they were very stupid and irresponsible in their actions and have to answer for that.Would you have rather he run away and get shot in the back? He was in fight or flight mode. Those 3 men could have taken him into custody. Instead they were cowards and tried intimidation with guns only it didnāt go as planned and he was senselessly shot.
If they had been out there with baseball bats you may have a case, they went out armed with weapons that were created specifically for killing.Your are jumping to conclusions. I'm not defending the actions of anyone here. Just pointing out that the deceased bears some responsibility here as well. Had he been running away when shot this would absolutely be murder.
People carry weapons so the time. Carrying them means nothing. A murder case would be very weak at best here. This is a manslaughter case. Had they shot him while running away if agree with murder all day. Instead they brandished weapons and the deceased attacked in fight or flight mode. They did not intend to kill him but were wreckless and irresponsible. They introduced a weapon into the scenario and when the deceased attempted to attack and take it he fired and killed him. Because they introduced the weapon it is manslaughter IMO.If they had been out there with baseball bats you may have a case, they went out armed with weapons that were created specifically for killing.
Except they weren't just going about their day while coincidentally being armed. They were armed in search of a burglar and then misidentified the man, intercepted him on the road using a vehicle, and then shot and killed him. Their intentions were violent and premeditated, even if they didn't intend to go to the extent they did.People carry weapons so the time. Carrying them means nothing. There are some key details you are leaving it that are very important. This is manslaughter. If you want to go all in be my guest but a jury won't find a murder charge in this case. What do you mean by misidentified?Except they weren't just going about their day while coincidentally being armed. Oh pray tell what are these hidden details that acquit these good ole boys from the murder they committed while trying to play Batman? And by misidentified I mean they stopped a man going about his day and labeled him as a burglary suspect, which they have no right to do since they, as random dudes and not cops, have not actually conducted any kind of proper investigation. There are some key details you are leaving it that are very important. That doesn't mean they misidentified him. By all accounts he was who they he thought was. I agree they did not do the right thing by following him and attempting to stop him, especially considering he was just a guy they saw looking in windows there day before. Had they not and he attacked they would be justified. But that isn't what happened. They attempted to stop him, he attacked and grabbed at the weapon it at the very least the person holding the weapon and was killed. That is why IMO manslaughter is the proper charge. A former police officer and DA played cowboy and was irresponsible and wreckless. They didn't set out to kill him but were at least mostly responsible for the events that led up to his death hence the manslaughter charge.Oh pray tell what are these hidden details that acquit these good ole boys from the murder they committed while trying to play Batman? I think it is even highly frowned upon for cops to shoot somebody in the backIām no cop but I believe the law would say youāre wrong. I donāt think you can sell that you were āstanding your groundā or were in āimmediate dangerā if you chase the guy down the street and kill him. But I could be wrong??
I don't mean misidentify in that he was not the guy they thought they were chasing, but that he was not a "burglary suspect" as they claimed because they themselves didn't conduct a legitimate investigation (since they are civilians, not cops) and therefor they don't have the legitimate power to deem someone a suspect. That doesn't mean they misidentified him. One of my high school Football coaches played against him in high school. He said that after the game every kid on the team was literally scared to death of him. They normally talked smack on the field, he said after the first quarter, no one on the field from either team said a word but John Henderson.I met Albert Haynesworth at whiskey kitchen in Nashville. He said JH was the craziest MFer he ever met.
