What would make someone shoot somebody that they “assumed” robbed them. Shouldn’t you KNOW before taking that action. That is what makes this crime unacceptable to me. If you rob someone you deserve what you get but where’s the proof.

People need to stop being cowards and open this thing back up so we can develop herd immunity. We may not develop a vaccine for years. We can't stay locked inside and live in fear of a virus that has a survival rate over over 99%

Germ theory has come a long way since 1918. People aren’t hacking all over each other, letting horse carcasses rot in the streets, sharing cigarettes, spitting on the floor.

All these bureaucratic jerks think we’re living in the Wild West. China is very different in that respect.. regardless how this thing started, we have cultural taboos that help prevent this.

Clays point, as reckless as he may be at times, is to juxtapose the response with the collateral damage this thing caused which is far worse and no one can change my mind.

I sat at Vandy ER a month ago because I was curious, and saw exactly zero activity. Called a contact there and he said there were no PPE shortages whatsoever.

Or Terrion Arnold...I just think what this staff has done with guys with no experience at CB like Taylor, and think what they can do with folks already ahead on the learning curve for that position. Although starting someone to it brand new means they don't have to coach out any bad habits I guess.

That I agree with, but I don't know the whole story..I assume we will find out the whole story if this goes to trial.

Supposedly from what I have heard on this so far, the guy was in a yard that wasn't his, looking in a window of a house that wasn't his, in a neighborhood that wasn't his when they originally started chasing him...but nobody knows if that is true except for the people who were chasing him.

Why did they drive up on him of all people? Did they see him carrying stolen items or tools or a weapon? Nope.

That is a massive assumption, and if someone breaks in my home, and I catch them..they will get what is coming to them.

I despise thieves that break-in and violate others homes. They do deserve whatever happens to them.

that’s fine and i agree with you. If someone comes in your home without your permission especially to rob/harm then by all means let her rip.
