Two armed white men drive up on an unarmed black man and try to forcefully take him against his will and end up shooting him Bc he fought back.......

Why did they drive up on him of all people? Did they see him carrying stolen items or tools or a weapon? Nope.

I would love to see the narrative if this was Two Black men shooting an unarmed white man who was out jogging in his own neighborhood.
Supposedly, he looked like someone who had been caught on camera burglarizing a local home. From my understanding, that is what they claimed. I don't like to jump immediately to racism. I'm not saying it should be completely ruled out, but you should require more proof before simply assuming. Is it always race related when a black person commits a crime against a white person? The same leeway should apply in reverse. Not everything is directly tied to race. Perpetually trying to make it about race does nothing to ease racial tensions in this country. Like Rodney King said, "Can't we all just get along?"

I live in Greenville and tbh Clemson is in a great spot. 2 hours max to ATL, 2 hours to Charlotte, 4.5 hrs from middle of NC, 2 hours to middle of SC. Not saying UT isn’t but Clemson is geographically very well positioned for recruiting.
Same here. Love Greenville

We have a lot of tough guys ready to kill an intruder. I suggest thinking twice if it ever were to happen. You may steal life from someone that doesn’t deserve it.

I have a friend who shot an intruder here in Atlanta. He lives on one of the wealthiest streets in the city and had dealt with prowlers on the property multiple times but was always able to phone the police to investigate.

One morning around 2AM he heard a crash downstairs and then footsteps inside. His wife grabbed the newborn and called the police. He grabbed a shotgun and stood at the top of the steps yelling, “Get out of the house. The police are coming” over and over. The intruder kept rummaging around downstairs. After a few minutes he started up the steps. Imagine the homeowners fear and desire to protect his wife and baby.

My friend leveled the gun once the intruder was in view, said a quick prayer, then in that split second decided to aim for the leg rather than the chest. Nearly took off the guys leg.

Police arrive, take the intruder to the hospital, and leave a phone number for a service that cleans up afterwards due to all the blood.

As it turns out the intruder was just blackout drunk. He wandered over from the local bar Moondogs and was just too obliterated to know what he was doing. Apparently he had done similar things in the past but this was the worst. My friend was glad he didn’t shoot to kill as was the intruder who got alcohol addiction help as part of his sentence. Overall the sentence was pretty light because the homeowners did their best to help.

This is just one case, and they’re all different, but I would think twice if you have the opportunity.

I think this depends on where you live too. It's hard to say what you would do in this situation, but I like to think I would do the same if I lived in a suburb or downtown in a city. Where I live, with no neighbors, surrounded by woods and row crops, if someone breaks in my house they didn't stumble in drunk. They are in my house for malicious reasons. I do have cameras and an alarm system that gets pretty loud though, so if someone breaks in my house, chances are they will run right back out before I get a chance to shoot.

UT back to school this fall per Randy Boyd. 💥

They could hire a bunch if pretty much minimum wage bloggers to do what friggin’ NBC and CNS and the other late night shows are doing for each conference. Instead of Cowherd or Mike & Mike they could be doing local college coverage on radio and ESPN+. I couldn’t care less about most of their non-game programming.
Right there with ya. Other than watching The Last Dance, I can't remember the last time I tuned in for anything other than live sports.

Tomorrow my wife, her daughter, sister and two brothers are participating in a parole hearing via Skype for their former stepfather. When she was 10, her stepfather found out their whereabouts from a buddy who worked for the phone company. He broke in and laid in wait. When her mother came home to pick up an item for work, he sprung out and when she turned and fled he shot her 3 times in the back and then stood over her and emptied the 357 Magnum. Somehow they claimed self-defense and he escaped 1st degree murder because they couldn’t PROVE INTENT. The only reason he’s served 40 years is because he won’t acknowledge responsibility for his crime. But still they approved parole 5 years ago until my wife and her siblings appealed to Gov Jerry Browne who reversed their decision. What really helped that effort was her younger brother (the inmate’s only child of that marriage...he’s been married twice and has 3 kids since incarceration) appearing and stating that he’s scared for his family if his father is released. Not looking good with Gov Newsome who believes prison is unconstitutional. All that to say INTENT may be obvious to you...proving it is the bugger.
