Felony murder is a crime in Georgia. They may not have intended to kill him, but they assaulted him with a deadly weapon, a felony. During the course of committing that felony, they killed the victim. They also committed old fashioned murder, but if we are playing prosecutor here, felony murder is a no brainer.

They didn't assault him with the weapon until he was charged but I agree they bought the weapon into the mix and when the guy turned in them and attempted to grab it they forced the shoot or risk losing the gun and being shot scenario. To say murder is a no brainer is a stretch at best.

i've been taking Vitamin D supplements for about 2 years on the advice of my doctor.....apparently he's ahead of the curve. thanks doc.

Multiple studies are confirming what some of us have been saying all along: Vit D status is strongly correlated to COVID-19 outcome. I'm personally convinced that it isn't just correlation, it's causation (or at least a causative factor), because the correlation spans so many different demographics that have little other association.

The vaccine already exists. It's called sunshine. Not because it kills the virus (although it does), but because it strengthens and modulates the immune system, improving your response to the virus, while reducing the excessive cytokine response that kills people. If you can't get sunshine, or are *dark skinned*, take big daily doses of D. Do it.

Thank you for sharing this crucially important info. Vitamin D is very cheap and easy to get even if you don't want to be out in the sun.
