SSVol, have you ever taken a blood test or heard of a blood test for Nutritional Deficiencies?
Each year I get a complete blood profile but have often thought why it did not give vitamin and mineral results. My last recent visit I asked my Dr. and he said “well no one ever ask for it.” I told him that I want one so I have it scheduled.

This is the site I researched that gave me reason to want to have the test done. www.thedrswolfson.com, then on the site do a search this article; Top Blood Tests for Nutritional Deficiencies (that your Doctor probably doesn’t order)
I encourage everyone to check this out to identify any changes needed; maybe diet, or lifestyle changes, (like exercise or sunshine etc.) or supplements needed.

I have gravitated toward physicians who understand the importance of nutrition in health, so yeah, I've taken many. I have also used several of the direct labs companies to get my own labs. But you're right, most people don't know.

Haha..sure why not.let’s throw a complete huge pile of S**t on the QB who brought us our last relevant National championship.I just don’t understand how Manning gets so much praise for his legacy here when he lost to Memphis and never beat Florida..Being Tee Martin would be Hard.if you think about everything he did for this university only to be overshadowed by Peyton Manning for the money he donates and the friends he’s made as a future politician basically sleeping with the Haslams...that’s rough lol
You don’t have to berate Peyton in order to defend Tee. You can appreciate everything Tee did for us as a player while also acknowledging Peyton is arguably the greatest quarterback to ever play the game of football. You also must realize that football is a TEAM sport. Tee did not bring us the National Championship any more than a dominating defense and balanced rushing attack did. Peyton did not lose to Memphis more than the rest of the offense, defense or special teams did that day. Both are great champions of this university, and we are lucky to have had them both represent us.

Pretty sure @Brillovol authorized this.
Nerd moment.

That is what I call an odd attempt at chicanes, which is for traffic calming. I’m not a fan. It’s destined to get beat up, abused, and eventually removed. And besides, it won’t really calm traffic that well.

I go for the speed humps in residential neighborhoods (obligatory TWSS). They work better at slowing the traffic and work consistently. Something like this oughta do:

Spring Hill sucks, I avoid it like the plague. During the day traffic is so bad there's no possible way anyone could speed.
