I’ve been to Nags Head a few times, and visited all the light houses. Cape Hatteras is my nemesis.and my favorite. Three times I went to climb it. Closed or moving it got in the way. . Great place to take the family.

That’s where we went one year- stayed in Corolla right before the highway turns into the beach. Didn’t really think it was going to be that big of deal at age 34, but driving on the beach was very cool. Even saw the wild horses. It was a great trip, but the downside was that it is a severe haul from TN.
