Bye bye TJ
I pissed somebody off here one day saying he wasn’t an sec level back, they thought I was attacking his character... I was like wut? Can’t remember who.
He ran hard sure but you ain’t gonna win the sec with that
I really like the dude. Very much hate to see any young kid get in this kind of trouble.

What an absolute degenerate. Banks may have to play on offense now. Chandler has been a huge disappointment so far. Maybe Banks can give a spark at RB behind Gray.

Still don't like our archaic offensive style that require elite talent to be successful (which we don't have) but it is what it is.
You feeling ok? That made no sense.

I thought with the weapon being concealed and loaded that wasn’t allowed even in Tenn?

Am I wrong ?
I actually just took the class today.
You can have it concealed and loaded in TN if you're in the car, but the minute you step out you have to separate and lock the two up if you don't have a permit. Or at least thats what our instructor said

It’s, at most, a misdemeanor. You can legally have a firearm in your vehicle without a permit but they would probably charge you if on your person. But that would technically just be a C misdemeanor, which is not serious.

Me too, I mean there is nothing inherently wrong with a fellla choosing to smoke weed if he wants to. Free country. I don’t anymore but I’d rather the driver next to me be high than drunk. If u gonna play that game though, don’t get caught!
chill yo azz at the house

If asked by the police, say I’m taking it to get it cleaned, clears up the trap of “purpose of going armed”

Yea, but I would assume you wouldn’t have it loaded to get it cleaned. These can be fact-specific. If it’s not loaded or not even functionable (rare, but happens) then you have a very good argument.

I dont have a problem with it I welcome civil discussion, was just going by what we were told, maybe we were given bad info

It’s an A misdemeanor if it’s in a public place. In my jurisdiction, they like to charge it as an A because they are trying to crack down on guns, but there’s a great argument to be made that having it on you as you step out of your car is not a “public place.” It’s a B misedemeanor if it’s at least your second time.

Should be 100% legal anywhere and everywhere IMO.

So in your jurisdiction what do you charge someone with who carries where signs are posted not to carry?
What we were told is best practice is, you can step out but its better to disarm before you do, or only step out with one leg just far enough to disarm
