So in your jurisdiction what do you charge someone with who carries where signs are posted not to carry?
What we were told is best practice is, you can step out but its better to disarm before you do, or only step out with one leg just far enough to disarm

Well, I haven’t gone through the course, but I was told those with a permit are told to tell the officer on approach of the vehicle that you have a permit and are carrying in the vehicle.

I believe your first example would be an A misdemeanor. Carrying on school grounds is an E felony.

yeah school grounds are a definite no no. I was more talking other places. So im wondering could your A be our B and thats why theyre different but theyre actully the same?

I assume you are in TN? It’s all state law. It can be fact-specific or someone misspoke. But it’s not a huge deal.

Recommended, but not required per the training course I took 4-5 years ago. Simple thing to do that eliminates any problems.

I had a friend get pulled over for speeding on the interstate. He told the trooper he had a CCP and gun in the car. The trooper laughed and asked him why he told him, did he plan to use it on him?

Let him go with a warning.

I got pulled over by a trooper for speeding. Left my hands on the wheel, told him I had my CCP and a gun right by my console. He said thank you and that he wasn’t worried about me using it on him since I actually told him I had a gun on me. Let me off with a warning.

What an absolute degenerate. Banks may have to play on offense now. Chandler has been a huge disappointment so far. Maybe Banks can give a spark at RB behind Gray.

Still don't like our archaic offensive style that require elite talent to be successful (which we don't have) but it is what it is.

Banks is better suited on offense imo, just has to hold onto the ball and he's a better Tim Jordan in almost every way.

It is unfortunate for Jordan though. He's not the best rb by a long shot, but one thing he was great at was blocking usually. Had a lot of key blocks last year. And someone already mention his child, so I really surprised by this news. Jordan always seed like a kid that would avoid trouble for his family.
