Same thing happened to me. I didn't that i was that big. Then I worked my tail off and lost 60 lbs.got a facebook memory pop up in my wife's fb account last night.
picture of me any my oldest, about 10 years ago, in the pool.
good grief....i was fat fat.....gonna print that and hang it in the garage next to my work out station.....
it's amazing what our self image tells us, vs. reality....i never thought i looked like that....smh.
yeah, i pretty much hate myself for ever getting to that point lol. i'm currently down 52 lbs. down 3 pant sizes and a shirt size.Same thing happened to me. I didn't that i was that big. Then I worked my tail off and lost 60 lbs.
Love seeing the old reminders of why I get after it day after day.
i plan on going to the game at Heinz field. kinda have to since that's where my wife's from. sister and brother n law are pitt grads....tho neither probably care one bit about the game. doubt they even know it's on teh schedule. We have a home and away vs Pitt the next 2 years. I 100% foresee a Majors tribute, memorial, etc.
Another trick is clothing. Get some fairly tight fit clothing you really like. Once you start not fitting anymore, it is a reminder. It also puts you in the spot of either buying all new clothes or just losing a few pounds. I hate shopping, so it's usually an easy choice.yeah, i pretty much hate myself for ever getting to that point lol. i'm currently down 52 lbs. down 3 pant sizes and a shirt size.
pretty much at my target now. problem has always been keeping it off. i think seeing that picture somewhat regularly will help in that arena....lol.
Oh lord are we going to destroy them the next 2 years. No chance. You will have to try and hide your gloating face and practice making friendly comments like, "oh, Pitt made a first down! Nice...".i plan on going to the game at Heinz field. kinda have to since that's where my wife's from. sister and brother n law are pitt grads....tho neither probably care one bit about the game. doubt they even know it's on teh schedule.
either way. i'll be there.
eh, none of them care enough about Pitt football for me to even care about gloating. the only time that place sells out, or even close to sells out, for college games is when a big boy comes to town...ND, FSU, Clemson...otherwise, it's a ghost town on Saturdays.Oh lord are we going to destroy them the next 2 years. well. i donated all my fat pants and shirts a week ago. kept one pair of pants as a reminder. the rest, gone. no more safety blankets.Another trick is clothing.
