It's about return on your investment, JG has a 0% ROI at this point.
How about differential analysis? Even *if* JG is 0%, what if your other guys have negative returns? And the portfolio manager and expert has decided that is your best performing asset...?

If you can't see that JG has gotten better than last year then you're just ready to blame JG on everything. OL was horrible. Didn't allow him much of anything the whole game. He had a few bad decisions like his one INT when he was throwing while walking backwards, but this whole thing isn't his fault.

If you read all my post, then you see I never blamed him for it all. I just said he wasn't materially different than before. We have these "turned the corner" conversations a couple of times every year only to return to reality for several games after that.

The manager knows this asset. The others are unproven. Not sure our portfolio manager has started assessing his funds as a manager. Think he still looks as them as the Risk Manager (DC) he was for so long.

All JG has to do is not lose it for us and he can’t even do that.
As a 5th year Sr. and a 3 year starter he has to be better. He is what he is and now its time to invest in your future rather than ride with the same ole same ole. Sure you can blame the o line but JG has been around enough to be able to sense pressure, step up and either check it down or get rid of the ball. He didnt do that at all for his fumbles. And for his pick he panicked once again when press was sent at him.

How do you recruit the elite players we need when we continue to crap the bed against our top rivals? We've got to start winning some of these games and compete for an SEC title.
Yup Pruitt can only use the im building something excuse for so long either put up or shut up. And so far hes fallen flat every chance hes gotten.

We have recruited what is supposed to be an elite oline. So what is the problem? How were they dominated like that? Is it coaching or where they overrated? Or does UGA have a dline that would start in the NFL? Which is it?

OL was fine when they brought 4/5. When they brought extra men - ya know, when it’s on the QB to call out potential blitzers - they didn’t do to hot. Regardless, when we brought pressure Stetson F’in Bennett at least showed the ability to get the ball out of his hand. JG went back to cement shoes / no feel for any rush / no ability to extend/make plays JG.

Say what you. I defended JG to this point. But they said it in the middle of the game - at Tennessee you are judged by your performance vs 3 teams - UGA, BAMA, FL.

Glad you are seeing the light. OL was bad but JG can’t read any progressions or feel pressure and step up in the pocket. He is what he is at this point.

Lol so how does that work?? He doesn't throw those 2 first half dimes? He hands it off all game for 1 yard a carry??

You don't play to lose the game!!

How does that work? How about not turn it over 3 and what really should have been 4 times? Counting the points off his turnovers he cost us more points than he scored.

He didn’t come close to putting us in a position to win. I could even argue he cost us the game. Chaney and the OL didn’t do him any favors but still.

I don't think this game can be fully used against him when the whole unit thats sole purpose is to protect him did nothing of the sort tonight. I agree he made a couple dumb decisions tonight, but by far those are not the main reasons we lost tonight.

Somebody said it earlier. JG is good enough to beat teams we should beat. You need elite play to punch above your weight.

No spring practice and the Rona screwed us, because our elite QB is standing over on the sideline with a clipboard.

At start of 4th quarter, Banks kicked a UGA player in a pile. Did anyone else see this? It was on a replay
I am curious if it will be reviewed by the conference. It was a really dumb move
Thompson threw a punch at a player in the pile. Guys were just getting whipped and appeared to lose their cool. I'm sure Pruitt will get that cleaned up because you can't hide from film.
