JG simply does not pass the eye test. He’s not a baller. Out of the teams I’ve watched, (and the only SEC team I haven’t watched this year is Vandy) I would take any other QB in the league. And don’t come at me with stats or how many INTs they just threw. Every other QB I’ve watched knows how to move in the pocket, feel pressure, and get the ball out if protection breaks down. Every other QB in the league looks to have some natural instincts for the position. Plug those QBs into Chaney’s system and yes, I believe they would perform better than JG.

I thought JG might’ve changed with those 1st two games, but I’m done defending him now. I’ve also said my piece on him. Any future frustration of mine will be placed solely on Pruitt and the offensive coaches for continuing to trot JG out there. It’s year 3. Either develop a better option, or have the stones to put one of the young unproven slingers in the game and see if they’ve got “it”.

However they like, but it gets old being told your not a real fan because you aren't a sunshine pumper. Everything is great yay we beat SC and Mizou we are good. That better for you?
Not really. People can be positive about any win and not be a sunshine pumper. Is everyone that's disagreed with you a sunshine pumper? I personally have not said you're not a real fan. I have read many posts on here from people who are generally positive that are very critical of our performance yesterday. It is still a fan site. I have not read all the posts that were responses to yours, but I bet some are just simple disagreement. Maybe you should consider not calling everyone a sunshine pumper who does not see things the way that you do.

If you criticize the team, rather than responding to your points most will just attack your character or motives in order to dismiss your concerns. It’s easier than dealing with the actual issues.

Thats fine, im guessing by the time you jumped in I was tired of dealing with others. But yes plenty of times because im not a rah rah guy and celebrate wins against teams I dont consider good ive been told im not a fan. Im sorry that I see no reason to celebrate until we can actually compete with the big boys.

He will keep doing just enough to make it hard for the coaches to flat out bench him. He will probably go 16/24, 250 yds, 2 TDs next week.

I thought it was noteworthy in the latest RTI podcast they they basically dismissed Bailey as well Said either Salter or Simpson would be the answer.

I wonder if there is something going on behind the scenes we don’t know about with HB

He will transfer and make us look like idiots.

You must have a short memory… Just two years ago we couldn’t compete with Missouri or Vanderbilt… You don’t just get great overnight it takes time… We’ve made great progress..the next step is to continue to rebuild and then compete with Alabama and Georgia and Florida.

If the goal is a national championship, why celebrate a win over SC and Mizzou, are they on that level?

The ultimate goal is a national championship but the goal for this year is not a national championship at all… it never was ..To reach that goal of a national championship you have to build up to be able to win one.. It starts with beating everyone not named Georgia, Florida, and Alabama and then being able to beat them to win the national championship..It does not happen overnight or even in one or two seasons. If you can’t see the progress that we’ve made I don’t know what to tell you

I think Pruitt is building our team the right way. We desperately need a great QB and to keep building depth with our recruiting classes. We need to get top 5 classes to be where we want to be. I’d like to see our offense open up more and be more creative yet still have our strong power football at times. However you need better QB play to make that happen.

Could be a recruiting ploy to keep them on the hook.

JG is who everyone knows he is. He is a problem for this team and that's not going to change.

I know GA is great on D, but I was still very disappointed in out OL play. No holes for the RBs and not very good at pass protection.

I get we were one dimensional, but 2nd half was pathetic. We need to get our speedsters in space and make something happen. We need a QB step up for the rest of the season. JG will get us some wins, but he will stink it up against the big boys.

What year should we expect that to begin? 4 or 5?
