Which is absolutely crazy to think about because as fans we all wanted him here and the staff did as well.he came in with a lot of hype.I feel like anything less than a legit shot at earning the position would be a bad look on the staff.They sold HB and his Family as “the future” QB at the university of tennessee.salter hasn’t even stepped foot on campus while HB is earning it in the film room.we will never know exactly how good these QBs’s could be because Pruitt is content with trotting a 5th year senior out there who can’t even feel pressure or read a defense it’s mind boggling to me.

Not close, but if you only celebrate the significant wins, then I think you're failing to appreciate how tough it is to win in this conference.

His INT was terrible but the poor blocking led to the fumbles. I’m not saying he played well. Just that it’s wrong to say he provided us “nothing”

As a 5th year senior protecting that ball should be his number 1 concerns especially if he knows they are getting to him more often.he doesn’t feel pressure well at all but yea he managed to get 14 points then disappeared.that just will not get it done in prime time games.

Funny thing is he’s a freshman with no spring and very little fall practice depending on if he had COVID or was under contact tracing quarantine......

Cruising with an 8 win streak and a convincing win against MO I wonder whether some thought we had arrived. The GA loss sets up a game with Bama where the psychology of resting on one's laurels is diminished. Will be interesting to see how the humbling loss effects consistency and competiveness.

But how do you know if you have a game changer or not if you keep trying the same guy over and over. Dobbs was 4th string because of struggles in practice. I think he turned out ok. Sometimes you just have to go for it.

How we respond vs UK is important. Will the team feel bad for themselves and fold or roll UK setting up another great opportunity vs Bama?

Pruitt would’ve kept Hurts in the game, lost the 2018 NC to UGA, and Tua would’ve transferred.

I’m afraid to say I agree with you. But it sure seems that way. I will not be convinced that we don’t have a better option. Maurer is 10x’s the playmaker JG is. Shrout is 10x’s more accurate throwing the football.

That's true. We don't know what practice looks like. But just looking around CFB it's clear that what shows up in practice or even in the eyes of coaches doesn't necessarily mean all that much. Sometimes guys just play better when it's go time and others crumble.

BJ Ojulari should’ve come here. Gilbert too. They screwed up going to play for Coach O. He’ll be fired by 2023. He’s not good. Aranda carried him and Brady put him over the top

I agree with this. Dobbs wasn’t a practice player. We need to try one of our back ups. We know what JG is
