Nah...I’m an island of sanity. I have my own gripes that don’t absolve the coaches but all this absolutist bs makes us look even goofier. Learned too early as a Vol fan not to declare an end result before the book’s been written. No problem with venting and frustration and what not. Just know it for what it is. “Never” “know” “care” are exercises in frustration...nothing else. Maybe they come out to be true...but that’s after they happened.Silly post on your part. No one realistically thought we would win the game. You are smarter and better than that. At least I thought so. It is the Qb issue and the fact no one else is getting a chance for playing time after the outcome was known. It is the fact that our coaches gave up after halftime by completely going conservative until 4 minutes to go in the 3rd Qtr. Then they went back to conservative again. I was bought in with the current coaching staff this year. After the 3rd loss in a row , I know we do not have a HC or staff here that will never take us to the level that we were hoping for. There are HS school coaches who can call a better Offensive gameplan than what occurred today. I now believe that Pruitt does not care if UT excels or not.’
Liability is one issue. Why hasn’t anyone else hired him? Just asking.
He’s a good coach, and I originally defended him at OM because I thought some of his recruits were circumstantial in nature. But he learned under Orgeron and clearly had to cheat to get players.
So I missed this part of Vol Reactions, but supposedly when Trey Wallace was on there ( I know cant trust a lot of what he says) Trey said we have had upperclassmen who have been skipping classes and then faking injuries to get out of practice and Pruitt is letting it happen. Supposedly he's going to confirm and say more tomorrow.I believe this. I bet we come out after the bye week looking like a different team. Just like we did last year.
