At the beginning of the season I was on board with playing the QB that gives us the best chance to win now and understood that it was JG, warts and all. Halfway through now, and no longer able to compete for a championship, there’s more value in identifying and playing the heir apparent, presumably HB, even if he’s not quite ready. Five games of PT, mostly against quality opponents, would go a long way toward being able to compete right out of the gate next year.

And a bye week is the perfect opportunity to get the new guy installed, just like the Dolphins are doing with Tua. And they pulled a guy who’s actually been playing well.

I’m sure this has been said already, and probably said better, but I’ve been averting my eyes from JG discussion like it’s granny in a thong.

My wife bought three of those $20 bags from Walmart and two of the $10 bags. Problem is we live on a country road with roughly 6 homes on it and our house is about 100 yards off the road. Not to mention it's a historic farmhouse that resembles the amity horror house...... The only kids we had were the neighbors kids she invited over.

So now we're stuck with about 15 pounds of candy.
Gotta be prepared.

Word is he might actually end up better than Lawrence.

Dabo has had an embarrassment of riches at QB.

Ever wonder what might happen if we started a freshman 👀😅 hopefully Pruitt is taking notice!...it makes perfect sense to let the recruits see the future.that creates hype.we are sitting ducks!..no one wants to play for Jarrett.he’s straight ass

I have to tip my hat to Sam Pittman. He understood Arky would never have the talent of Bama, LSU, Auburn etc. so he went out and hired a young innovative offensive mind that can win with lesser talent in Briles as well as a great hire in Odom.

In our OC search we looked at Briles but I think the sticking point was he wanted to bring his offensive line coach...so we would have to lose Friend as well? Sign me up.

FTR we also looked at Lebby who is killing it at Ole Miss.

To bad Chaney didnt say the same thing about him and Sam Pittman being a packaged deal. CJP will not get rid of Friend. JMO.

We wouldn’t have hired Chaney then. Pittman was never leaving UGA unless he got his own gig. I was still surprised he left for Arkansas. They were never a package deal. Chaney coached 24 seasons before the first instance.
