Pruitt said Eason worked outside this week. MOJO worked in and out. Beckwith worked TE and RB. Key worked at STAR. Whitehead will have surgery and won't be back until the spring.

#2 has no internal clock or feel for the position. The game never slowed down for him. So he's a statue 90+% of the time. He still cannot read D's and get the team into better plays or stop locking on his primary receiver.

HB is processing what he sees and so he will be more stationary until the game slows down since he lacks experience. He is mobile in the pocket based on what we saw in HS. Chaney has to max protect more until he gets it. Do the progressions, feel pressure, throw it away if not there.

Mauer is too hyper, yet mobile. The game has not slowed down for him either. He has not had enough playing time for it to do so. Currently he is a Dobbs type. Give him two reads and if not there or protection breaks down, take off running. Just be smarter about it and get down before getting rung up.

Shrout is a whatever since he will gun it regardless of coverage and rush. Again, not enough playing time for the game to slow down.

So you either take your lumps for the future with HB or BM in a crap season to prepare for 2021 or you go with what has produced mediocrity for 4 seasons that will hopefully, not be an option in 2021. I'm past caring at this point. The only way to reel me back in is if HB or BM starts. I could care less how they finish the season if #2 is starting other than watching some of the other young guys improve.

Maybe the time change will help his internal clock. This seems like the time last year we went on a run and won our several games.

I won't be surprised one bit if it is JG. That is really kind of the sad part.

It is head scratching why you don't prepare for the future. The results can't be much worse with a Freshman, and if they are, it doesn't matter anyway. We aren't winning the conference or anything of note this year and it is a throw away year for eligibility.

Play the young guys and purge the Butch players once and for all. This could be a year to accelerate roster turnover and it's being wasted.

I didn’t see if anyone brought up this angle on the Mullen thing, but along with any fines he may be levied for his actions, there should also be something for him doing it without his mask. They’ve had an outbreak within his program and he’s going apesh!t literally face to face with a dozen people out there. He needs his ass beat in the worst way possible.

If Pruitt did what Mullen did we'd brag about it for the next 5 years and print T-shirts of the occasion.
