Because getting a really great QB is almost a roll of the dice unless he's got Trevor Lawrence-level hype. JG was highly rated and is a huge bust and HB was also highly rated and may be a bust as well.

Bama recruited tons of highly rated QBs and only recently landed a gamebreaker in Tua.

HB may be a bust?!? True freshman with no spring and almost no fall practice. Yep time to label him a bust because some random rumors online that JC might not love him.

How do certain schools like OK St seem to always have them. It’s development too. Mauer and Shrout were also highly rated. Not JG rating but not 2 stars either.

The Mullet plays a simple offense. The smart ones these days play simple offenses, which eases the learning curve and makes it more plug and play. Much like clemson and OSU.

Freeze works for Liberty University and his transgressions are well documented. What do you think is says about the Liberty BOT that they accept Freeze but ran off Jerry Falwell Jr? His supposed transgressions were not even in the ballpark when compared to Freeze. It's all about winning football games and it's been that way forever. I could care less what Freeze did in the past or does in the future.
