It's a seller's market in East Tennessee. Not sure how easy it would be find flippable ones here right now.

It actually seems to have helped sevier County in a weird way. The pos abandoned eyesore houses are finally being purchased (due to lack of inventory) and flipped into reasonably nice rental houses.

Agreed. I just don't know that canning two young hungry brand new positional coaches who are willing to hit the recruiting trail hardcore is going to fix this team.

To me the DC/DL have been lackluster and the offense has underperformed (starts with the OC and works it's way down)
