Why are we supposed to care about recruits at this point. We just got blown out by Kentucky and lost to Arkansas under a first year head coach coming off a bye week. Most of that talent will be gone when JP inevitably gets fired anyway. We are staring at another 4 year rebuild.

THIS ALL DAY

YOU
GUYS
ARE
WORSE
THAN
HIGH
SCHOOL
GIRLS

Why, because we are now watching the 3rd coach in a row underachieve and not develop the talent properly on the roster and watch the program regress in year 3 and are tired of it and want to finally have a good coach and stability? If so, then I'm a 16 yr old teeny bopper....

Phil secretly enjoys our misery and lack of success post-firing because everyone keeps pointing back to his regime in the 90s as the good ol days.
I know a man who had a modest business in a growing field. When he retired, he “helped” choose his successor. The successor has been unable to exceed the modest success of the previous CEO despite rapid growth in the field.
IMO, the previous CEO enjoys the fact that in ten years his successor has not moved the company forward. I think he intentionally chose a successor he thought would not and could not exceed his accomplishments, that way no one would recognized his own previous mediocrity.

Phil has been in contact tracing quarantine. And he has also been fully behind JP staying and getting things put back together.[/QUOTE]

This implies that he is going to move the program forward, not backward like he has this season... this will be interesting to see, can't wait until it starts happening...

We’ll get talent we won’t develop, go 5-7 or 4-8, then hire the offensive coordinator from Wake Forest or something and start all over.

And then we'll make even more lists of "most overrated teams in CFB history" or something where on paper we have top 15 talent but it's a hodgepodge of overrated guys, busts, random transfers, and poorly developed blue-chips.

Reality is what it is. We're stuck with Pruitt for at least one more season. I'm gonna hope he turns things around because that's better than wallowing in misery and suck, dreaming of scenarios that aren't going to happen. Might as well be in the FF because that's what it feels like. Still hoping our recruiting class sticks together, still hoping for some surprise players, still hoping we make some good staff hires(like Bo Davis and/or Tosh Lupoi). Life is too short to spend it bitching and whining over things beyond our control.

Some people can't get it through their heads that Pruitt will be our coach next year. It's not about what fans want, it's about what the university is willing to do. They're not bailing on Pruitt, especially in a year when revenue is so far down.
A lot of people accept the fact he'll be coach. They just don't want to be 3-9 next year.

Every day of his life Fulmer gets to think and have people tell him "well coach, things just haven't been the same since they forced you out in 2008, they made a big mistake firing you!"

Weird day for me. First Saturday at the Masters I’ve missed since 1993. Got the badge for this year as a souvenir though.
Could be weird for me too, but it won’t. If I watched the Master’s on TV, it would be the first time for me and that would be weird. But there is no danger of me watching.
81, I am just joking with you. Sorry your streak was broken. I know it was out of your control.
