Unfortunately on the current configuration of the Coaching Staff the strong coaches are a shorter list. Tee and Graham are solid at their positions. Neids is an asset but is in the wrong spot. Weinke is the weak link. Felton is out of his league. Ansley may be a good DB coach without the pressure of being DC as well. Friend is average. Not sure about Chaney without knowing whether Pruitt is handcuffing him or if modern Offense has passed him by (or both). Pruitt has a lot of shortcomings. Hiring staff is a big one. Public Relations and a grasp of proper English is another.

You know when CP hired Felton I thought it seemed out of left field but at that time I just told myself CP's the coach he knows what he wants but out LB's are terrible this year.

If Pruitt wanted to hire Osovet as OC he would’ve already done it. There’s a reason he’s the TE coach and that position group has been M.I.A. all year.
Tight ends are MIA bc the QB is really B.A.D. We could have had Antonio Gates and Jason Witten on this roster and they’d do next to nothing. the guy making the throws’ main struggles are throwing with accuracy, targetting the middle of the field and reading coverages. the very things that help feed a competent Tight end

I see everyone in here is still spending somebody else's money, screaming for a pipe dream with a checkered past and a losing conference record , and proudly thumping their chests about finding something else to do on Fall Saturdays.

I see you are still saying the same thing over and over. Perhaps if you continue things will change.

I do. Don't know him personally but he strikes me as a patient man who thinks things through. He has a quality a lot of our past AD's lacked in his ability to listen to a different point of view. He knows what its like to coach on a championship level. I honestly think he has more positive qualities than negative ones.

I'll say this though and its only my opinion. Not based on any insider rumors or anything. I think if he fires Pruitt this year he'll make the next hire. If he decides to give him another year and Pruitt fails I think he will be gone with him.
How did his hires look when he was forced out as Head Coach? Giving Pruitt an extension was a bad decision. What has he done to show you he listens to a different point of view? Bc he was the leader of a coup? Doesn’t it seem like The hires he has made in the football office have fallen in line with what he was doing when he got fired from here as coach?
