Way longer than that.

It’s been can’t wait til fulmers guys are gone

Then can’t wait until lanes guys, then DD then Butch next is pruitts

my favorite line of coaching changes come from posters like @Bassmaster_Vol. He was so proud of that “fishing in different waters” post when Pruitt was hired.
Choose Joy, Bruin. No need to attack @Bassmaster_Vol he’s as passionate as it gets about our university. Enjoy this victory today.

Schools have plenty of money. If they don’t want to pay buyouts, hire better. If you made a mistake hiring, don’t let those same people make the decisions next time.

Admins just make this too difficult. Always looking for “best fit” or someone the majority of the big money boosters can agree on. Money has ruined hiring decisions.

Go get the guy who brings wins and watch your bottom line grow. If everyone can’t stomach that guy then that’s ok, just come out and admit that you don’t REALLY want to win and you care more about keeping big money people happy so you need to hire someone who will kiss their azzes and you’ll just “hope for the best” on-field results.

Always shocked people don't get this. Good post.

Napier just doesn’t seem exciting to me. Better than Pruitt obviously though.
Same here but he’s a Tennessee guy who would appreciate the job, he beat Matt Campbell, has a couple years of head coaching experience, would put together a good staff, and would most likely recruit well in and out of state.

Could appreciate the high school connections he’s made in Louisiana.

Amazing the rumors y’all make up from thin air. The sad part is, I think this board has maybe 5 times the number of readers as it as posters. Better believe recruits read the board as well. Spewing junk everywhere into VolNation
We got rid of Dooley in year 3 with a 4-7 record not sure why fans are getting all up in arms over the rumor of it happening again..

He’s the exception. Most unfortunately do not. The young guys are the future today is their day to make a statement.
I’ve heard the same since Pruitt got here yet more and more young guys leave or fail to produce at a SEC level and our best players have been the previous staffs

Lol. Bailey was ready. You just listen to our dumb coaches who tried to tell you he wasn’t. Now look at him. Over 70% completion rating. It’s not hard to give someone 25-30 plays and just run those.

I don’t believe Bailey was ready because I heard from the grandparents of a student manager who basically said as much. However, I do think a change should have been made earlier to let him or Shrout just get more experience and being a little raw was still a better option than JG. Plus, people wouldn’t be so hard on JP if they had lost with Bailey.

We’ve been lead astray like fools in the past. This time however, Harrison Bailey is not going to let us down.

So today we are missing:
1. Starting RB
2. Starting RG
3. RB Coach
4. DB Coach
5. Defensive Coordinator
6. DL Coach

With a true freshman QB and C. Playing a team looking to make a statement and the playoffs. Not good Bob. Not good.

Pruitt support dropped of a cliff playing JG each week.
