Unpopular opinion, but would have worked out much better than what we got.

The biggest flaw of the Schiano plan was he wasn't Gruden. We had no let down at all. Everybody was expecting Gruden, the all the sudden. Here you go, Greg Schiano. Then we possibly went Christine Blasey Ford on him.

Schiano would have been a horrible fit here. He isn't a good coach and was intern jones all over again. Would've been an awful hire. He never should have been interviewed much less have been the number 1 candidate. Very few people actually believed Gruden was legitimate.
