Harsin. That’s an intriguing candidate. I realize Boise is his home. But, I wonder if he would be open to taking another step in his career after 7 seasons as the HC at his alma mater, especially for more than double his present salary.

Plowman and the academics are the least of Pruitt's worries. I mean, seriously? The guy pisses off six- and seven-figure donors, can't do half his job, has constant staff issues, gets the NCAA poking around, puts his boss in a position he does not want to be in, has the administration dealing with both compliance and legal-- and academics not liking him is a big problem?

God yes lol. Butch went 8-4 twice. Beat Florida/UGA. Had several really close losses to the big boys.

Outside of a fluke win against a solid auburn team, Pruitt has gotten blown out by every big team we’ve played.

Pruitt did what was needed when he was hired.... a better, more disciplined roster to hopefully get a better coach. Unfortunately the NCAA makes it about as bad. Decision... Go after a big name that can keep the players from the portal and excite the fans, or go after someone with head coaching experience that can stabilize the program and gradually get better???

Fulmer may not like it, but he has no choice at this point. Knowing Fulmer he will hire a guy that is a proven winner and has ties in the SEC. Don't think he'll hire another assistant to be a HC.
