Have to change the playoff and committee. It isn’t working. whole thing is a joke and actually works in the favor of the few teams always in. Helps them to recruit better which helps them keep winning thus ensuring the same teams every year. also deserving teams are always left out. Needs a major overhaul

Greg Roman would be a very good hire. On paper that is. Never been a HC so not sure how well he would handle that aspect.

But his time at Stanford and in the NFL - I think he could possibly get it done.

No one without major coaching experience. No more experiments
