IF Pruitt is retained, and IF all the people who say they're out really leave, VN is going to be a lonely place.

But I'll still be here.
Im just hoping I get this new job ive applied for, then ill just make sure im working most weekends during football season. Then I won't be tempted to come back.

Honestly they may be now. It wasn’t that way back when I was there. But I would imagine that if they are still in staff meetings their role and who their boss is might be a bit fuzzy.

I am sure UT leverages VQ like it has for years.
It’s very much a grey area because it’s such a great partnership. What’s good for one is good for the other so they operate basically as one entity when possible.

Neal Brown salivating right now, scheming up some air raid routes, specifically slants. With the wider OL spacing, it will take even longer for our DL to get to the qb, which we do not do well.

Brown is darn good coach who makes adjustments at halftime. Another thing we do not do. Heck he almost beat Clemson at Troy in 16. 20 points margin minimum for us I'm afraid
Sigh. During this pandemic ive watched some NFL games. And more CFB games. Having a NFL back is imp., but teams are passing all over the field. Gotta spread the field however you can.

All about the QB

He did beat LSU while at Troy.

No clue if this is true or not, but from a random poster on TOS
"I have read a few comments about Eric Gray, but based on what I was told this evening out of the football facility, that he repaid a meal that he and a member of his family had on campus, and there will be no more issues. The person inside the facility said that Eric Gray is one of the best kids in the building on and off the field, and will be counted on significantly moving forward to lead the program."

I am saying that most scenarios I have seen that involve firing Fulmer are dependent on Fulmer refusing to budge on firing Pruitt.

If Fulmer will get on board and executed both his duties and Pruitt, then he should get to retire at the end of next year. If he blocks and puts out info trying to hamper getting rid of Pruitt, then I would consider that insubordination if I were Boyd.
Read what Cos just linked. People who know folks inside are saying exacrly what common sense would tell us all.

Fulmer is here for his University. and his legacy

bam!!! atta boy Eric.

Regardless if Hubbs is technically a university employee they all still have to be approved by the school to be a part of a broadcast. He wouldn’t jeopardize that approval by talking up a coaching hot board without serious doubts Pruitt is coming back.
Absolutely. And up until Covid, he has to see the head coach every Wednesday at Calhoun’s for Vol Calls so to be talking coaching searches too early could get really awkward if Pruitt is back next year.

Would hate for him to miss playing in Memphis. That sounds hopeful.
