he was at ARK before going to Auburn....OC there. he was Auburns Pruitt. with better luck.

eh. i think gus was very fortunate in some very big games along the way. otherwise, he's likely fired 4 years ago.....i don't think he's the automatic 8 w/year guy.....and i doubt seriously his streak of good fortune would continue here.

Maybe who knows, but he's still better than Chadwell. Look at the roster Gus left Auburn, worst case scenario he leaves a solid roster.

No, it sucks but won't be the end. This program has to many resources. Just need that 1 right hire whenever that may be.

Doubt Pruitt will be fired until the investigation is over. Why would you? They may find something to lower the buyout and they lost that chance because they fired him too early. Hopefully the investigation is only a few more days but who knows.

The NCAA doesn't work that way. It took them 5 years to slap North Carolina on the wrist and it may take 3 more years to get through all the basketball scandals across the country. Wade may be at LSU forever.

Again, yes there are bad fits everywhere. Jeremy Pruitt is a bad fit. And he is a bad coach. There is no argument to make that he deserves to be here any longer, especially when you factor in all of the behind the scenes issues/topics.

Arkansas didn’t seem to have a problem with a new system. Excuses are getting old. Chaneys system is terrible and has been for the last two years.

Arkansas also got a massive improvement at QB to run their new system too. Regardless of his play at Florida, Franks was the best QB Arkansas could have had by a long shot vs last season. And we have seen flashes of Chaney's post JG offense working. I just don't see a world where Pruitt gets a year 4 and has to hire a new OC. AT that point, just fire Pruitt and buy him out.

Chadwell runs an offense FOR the talent he has. Gus recruited his offensive players to run a 5 play offense. Gus also has the SEC to thank for that roster. Do you seriously not think Chadwell could recruit players the same way Gus did?

This is an Internal investigation, not NCAA, and it has already been going on a few weeks as Hubbs and others have stated.

Also, AV just said the same thing that the decision will come after the investigation is over as it will “highlight what they can and can’t do.”

So the firing of pruitt was out of fulmer's hands. Yet...we haven't fired him yet because fulmer is fighting for him. Makes perfect sense! Pruitt isn't going anywhere. Next year will be just as bad and recruiting will suffer. The tennessee way.
