If he keeps Pruitt I’ll support that decision

if these ncaa issues become too much ill support that and hope like heck Fulmer makes the next hire .

I want fulmer running things and I freely admit his knowledge is vastly superior to mine and if our views of Pruitt differ which it appears they do I’ll yield to him!

I don't think he was ever contacted by Auburn. An Auburn fan said something about not wanting Freeze at Auburn and Freeze responded with "GOOD". It was later deleted.

All those you mentioned are tier two coaches. All have question marks beside their names. Most were not on anyone's radar a year ago. Are those coaches better than Pruitt? Most likely. Also, all those guys won't get better jobs this year.

Napier turned down Auburn. Brown is at West Virginia. Freeze was just called by auburn and has coached in the SEC. Sign me up.

Here are some fun stats from Pruitt's 3 years. Mind you, there are 127 total NCAA teams

Defensive rankings by ppg- 77th, 29th, 71st
Defensive ranking by ypg- 49th, 23rd, 64th
Defensive ranking by yards per play- 67th, 24th, 76th

Offensive ranking by ppg- 110th, 97th, 108th
Offensive ranking by ypg- 122nd, 72nd, 104th
Offensive ranking by yards per play- 89th, 72nd, 94th

Chaney was a complete waste of time and money. $3m and 2 years later and the offense has gone nowhere. Had Pruitt gone modern (Lebby, Yurcich, Briles) and we wouldn't be in this mess right now.

No we won’t. If he isn’t fired this year Pruitt will be the head coach at least at the start of the 22 season. Fulmer told Pruitt he’s getting 5 years and he will do what he can to deliver.
