I need this place...I haven't said anything about it before now, but my Dad is having multiple heart valve replacements on the 29th and the docs say he may not survive it, but if he doesn't have it he will not live more than a few months...

Our family has been absolutely brutalized this year, and I almost just expect the worst at this point..I need the catharsis that this joint provides me...it helps to blow off some steam.

So sorry to hear this. I can't imagine. Praying for you and your family.

I can see everyones side to this. I can understand the people who if Pruitts back not wanting to spend money or even watch games in hope that brings real change. I am more in this camp myself. I can also understand the people that will still go to games and spend money on UT athletics at the end of the day we are Vol fans and no matter what we say we love Tennessee.

We have heard from numerous sources of past few weeks that it's not Fulmers decision to make. Boyd, Plowman and the Boosters are making the decision. So Fulmer can ride or die with Pruitt all he wants in the end it doesn't really matter.

I do not believe bringing up things Fulmer has done in the past to destroy the program is in the best interest of the program.

Sorry boosters calling for a coup where he spills the beans on our AD aren’t acceptable for me. I understand you like this guy but one good act to you doesn’t mean this guy gets a pass to do harm as he chooses
If AV wants to defend himself, he's fully capable of doing so, he doesn't need me to carry water for him, though I'd be willing to in a heartbeat if he asked. I just know he doesn't give two rat turds what you think.

But let's just end this by saying he knows the program, staff, and its players better than you. Everyone has opinions about how things can improve. The only difference is, he's actually working to ensure it happens.

Merry Christmas, Bru.

You and I both know if they push Fulmer out, it won’t suddenly mean we’re hiring Freeze or Meyer or whomever.

We’ll get this big coup, pretend like we’re spending with the big boys, then end up hiring Billy Napier or Bill Clark or someone in that tier. Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t do it - I think a change has to be made regardless of the guaranteed replacement.

But things don’t get fixed until the boosters get their heads out of their asses and stop thinking they’re all infallible. You can see it at other programs too - Texas comes to mind immediately. Too many cooks in the kitchen.
What is wrong with Napier or Clark? Both are winners. Get a proven AD and new coach. Sounds like a good idea to me.

express your opinion.

follow in line with that Boyd other higher ups and fulmer want

if you don’t approve withdraw your $.

Don’t harm the program by causing a Coup

plain and simple

He would be harming the program by letting the cancer continue to kill the program. You're not very smart are you lol. UGA troll probably

When Fulmer came on board, we were finally rowing in the same direction. Now Fulmer is a “cancer” responsible for killing Tennessee football. It’s enough to make one’s head spin.

Hell dude, it sucks. But you shouldn't even need AVs words to know it's true. The fact Pruitt hasn't been fired yet, I knew Fulmer was a huge problem.

To recap

1. Fulmer doesn’t want change right now. That’s not acceptable to a faction of the boosters. Fulmer supposedly has some boosters on his side, so this is not as clear cut as “boosters want change”. Some do, some don’t - yet.
2. Ongoing investigation currently looks like it will turn up only minor infractions, but tbd on additional impact. Additional damaging info would be the only reason Fulmer would make a head coach change.
3. Fulmer would need to be the first to go in order for a head coach change to be made.
4. There is supposedly leverage to get him out. Supposedly this leverage is not program damaging. It’s not clear whether this leverage has been applied.
5. We still don’t know the extent of the assistant coaching carrousel.

Would folks take another year of Pruitt if that meant replacing Fulmer with a competent AD this off-season and making a smart and planned coaching change in 2021?
