The transfer rule is going to pass it’s just being pushed back a few months on the vote.
That's what they said a year ago too. That's twice they've punted on it. I'll believe it when I see it.

Still doubt SEC goes along with it, at least right away. Which is why Gilbert, Pappoe, etc dreams don't make sense right now, like @jordan4vols said.

The problem with Pruitt is his inability to install an offense that can score points.

If he thinks his defense can carry over the entire game in the SEC, then he needs to be fired immediately.

That’s why Fulmer has Pruitt’s back. They’re too much alike.
If Pruitt is too much like a hall of fame coach, I think that’s a good thing.

After what he did riding with JG when everyone in the world but him and JG knew the backups couldn't do any worse and it turned out Bailey actually did better, I don't have any confidence in Pruitt on the O side of the ball and wish he would quit trying to control it.

The offense was terrible, it didn't matter who the qb was.

Should he have put bailey in before he was ready..... bailey had no offseason.... Pruitt started Sunday scrimmages to get him ready..... even Peyton Manning struggled a little at the start of his freshman year and he had the whole off season to get ready.

Here's my wishes both past and present...
1. I wish they would have fired him at the end of the season if they were going to unless...
2. I wish they had a really good coach they were targeting, and they privately did everything they could to get him to come before they stepped blindly into another coaching search and...
3. I wish if the really good coach said no they would choose to all come together to make sure Pruitt has everything he needs to put a good, solid, well-coached team on the field that will make Tennessee a place really good coaches want to come to in the future if JP cannot makes us good enough to compete for at least the east.
4. I wish if they were going to fire him after the investigation and plan on Steele being interim, it really is only interim.
5. I wish if he does come back we would not spend the whole off season talking about what he did in the past as if nothing good could happen in the future.
6. I wish this is the rock bottom, and we start going back up.

There’s a pending SCOTUS case for the NCAA with a decision probably coming in June. They’re not taking any action until that comes down. Even if given the all clear, I’d be surprised if they vote and change the rules in time for the beginning of the ‘21 season.

AND we’d also have to wait for the SEC rule change.
