Hyams said on that Sports Source show that he's against Garner coming here and alluded to 'interactions' with him being at part of the reason why. Any idea what Jimmy is referring to with those comments?

My biggest hope through all of this is that Tennessee is such a huge brand and generates so much revenue for the conference and ncaa that they can’t just hammer us. Few lost scholarships, bowl ban, etc. look at the punishments for USC and Ohio state..... obviously they didn’t get killed.

I'm an attorney who has performed investigations and prepared reports like this for clients.

I can't imagine a world where someone drafting the report, or someone receiving it, would leak the information to a message board poster on or before the day the report was turned in.

It's like that Ray UGA guy claiming that coaches were calling him and telling him that certain recruits were silent commits. It just makes zero sense.

He might end up being gone, but I just can't take something posted this morning as gospel.

Clemson is going to be a good team as long as Dabo is there, he's got it rolling. The only two QBs to win it all were elite though, so until they have another elite QB I don't expect them to be Alabama level dominate. Not saying their new starter isn't elite, but he'll have to prove it is all.

EVERYBODY cheats. Do you guys really not understand that? If Pruitt didn't have so many haters this would have never come to light. This penny ante bull**** would have gotten squashed in Alabama and Georgia. Our people SUCK.

It wasn’t a leak. We were turned in for Mims dues to a sloppy interaction with him and his family. Our compliance office bungled the response in a way that was beyond stupid. That triggered the investigation.
