I was expecting more praise from the national media about this AD hire, but it seems their initial impression is lukewarm.

Chandler was more mishandled by Chaney than he was not coached up by Jay. Chaney didn't play to Ty's strengths.

Thanks! This actually answers my question. I also watched some interviews with him. In one in particular, he talked about the need for innovation and constant change within his athletic department. That’s good news for us.

Yeah, there's also so much great stuff he's done from a funding standpoint. Buffalo raised their donations to record numbers in his tenure there and UCF elevated it's athletics to one of the best in the country (not just the American). He's a ridiculously great hire, and a younger guy that will hopefully be here for the long haul.

I expect "10 years" or more is a real possibility for White here, not many better jobs to be AD at and inherits some great coaches at other sports. If he nails the football hire he'll be beloved for years to come.

I am starting to question whether VQ is legit news or more propaganda.

Seems pretty clear that the guys who entered the portal are the ones the receipts are on.... but the VQ guys seemed pretty oblivious to that - all but suggesting the transfers had nothing to do with the investigation.

Osovet has been interviewing for new jobs even before Pruitt was fired. He's gone.

Jay Graham should get a chance to stay here and probably will have at least that chance.
