I don’t think you should pin all your hopes on one person where you can get letdown. I’m a complete pessimist but White’s record speaks for itself. Based on the up and comers and under the radar hires he has made I fully trust him...he has earned that. He might not get the flashy name but he will get the right hire. Plus with his abilities he already makes the CEO head coach that much better.

Yes and it should.
No it wasn't, didn't the same thing happen at Auburn? Im sure there are other places as well im just too lazy to think. Money=Power, there is nothing that happened at TN that doesn't happen at other schools.
So far it looks like we are coming out well ahead as well.

Nebraska ruined its recruiting base by accepting the bid to the big ten.
they used to get kids from Cali and Texas Bc of their direct conference competitors.
no longer playing Texas, ou, okie state & A&M cut out getting those athletes.
The short sightedness of conference realignment cost them dearly. They took the short term dollars & academic credibility that the big ten offered and sacrificed being able to field winning football teams to do so.
Frost is a very good coach. His love for the school made him make a decision with his heart.
Want to hear something crazy, he had better talent at UCF than he has ever had at Nebraska.
Two of my friends are on the football s&c staff there and are simply trying to make the best of the situation.

Yep he made a move to a place that he can’t recruit consistently to his scheme. It wasn’t the right move. You see bits and pieces where his imprint is showing as some of them boys will lay a damn lick in that Nebraska defense. He just can’t get the guys he needs there. He should consider a business decision and move where he can get the athlete he needs again.
