My goodness their love for Steele and Pruitt is dumbfounding. Stop trying to cripple this program and push Steeles name. No one wants that. BQ has gone off the deep end. Just stick with recruiting news.

My biggest question about him is.... how would fans take to his personality

I think we will love any coach that regularly puts us back in the playoff picture in the SEC and top 10 status. Winning makes most of us look over personalities and we'll claim him as our own. Saban ain't got much personality but he wins so they worship him.

White has a history of offensive minded coaches, but I think Fickell makes a lot of sense.
Mich and Oh St are coming open anytime soon( those are what he wants).
He is at Cincy, yes he is paid well, but he saw firsthand this year how an undefeated G5 team won't get any respect. I think 6.5 a year peaks his interest.

I’ve seen 3 people mention Elliot at Clemson today since news of White. Lowe/VQ/football scoop I did find it odd he bowed out of nfl OC interviews Last wk and decided to stay in college. Doesn’t fit the Hc angle. I’m guess they know if it gets down the list thst he must be the guy if we have to go the coordinator route

Leopold wouldn’t surprise me but he doesn’t require dump truck money. I have no clue who it could be if it’s a boat load of money that is a current HC. Maybe current doesn’t necessarily mean active and just means a veteran coach that isn’t a coordinator first timer as they would open the list up a bit more

Where has it been said we were willing to spend a dump truck load of money? I keep seeing it posted but can't figure out where it originated from.

Not overblowing anything. True, UF almost knocked Bama off; but, that was one game, and UF played a hell of one. We have to play them every year, and hopefully have the chance to play them twice.

Bama is the benchmark, always has been. Everyone forgetting that is one of the main reasons we've been falling for 15 yrs. To be able to hang with them, and beat them, in the reality of maybe having to do it twice...and, quite possibly a third time, we have to be able to recruit with them. With that said, if you think that Mullen recruits on the level of Saban (overblown rankings or no), well...that take is as bad as Fleck is the answer.

I guess you missed the whole Pruitt will not be fired. Fulmer will not be fired. Steele will be the interim that's our only hope. Nobody even thought DW was a possibility. Now it's that an NFL guy would never leave. Maybe there's one that doesn't like the NFL and will take the money. Like a Saban
