Yea, I've seen that talked about numerous times. The "Kiffin called White" thing seemed random an out of the blue though.. Like someoneon on VolNation made it up.....

That wouldn't happen would it?.... 😎

"The last few coaching searches I've done at UCF, there was that list of one-two-three-four-five. Everybody is debating who it should be, and the people we hired weren't even on that list. I'm not paying attention to that list. If I am, then I don't know why you hired me. You might as well just go look at the list, start calling them up and see who wants to do it. It's way more in depth than that, and we're going to be expansive in our search, make sure that we turn over every single stone and look for what makes this place distinctive. We'd love to excite our fan base with whatever the hire is, and hopefully we do.

Kiffin may have called his brother and I have zero doubts that Jimmy Sexton has been on the phone with White. I wouldn't be surprised if in the players meeting theres overwhelming support for Kiffin

We better hope the new hire has the ability to connect with high school coaches in Tennessee or at least has someone on his staff that can fill that role quickly. The 2022 class in Tennessee is way too important for us to mess that up.
