$7-8M is a lot of cheddar....lol.

if he's #1 on the list and a guy that you are going make say NO. then you have to make it something that kinda leaves no doubt where he is on the list. and if he turns that down, so be it. it won't be/can't be for lack of anything tried.
That’s what I think too. 7-8 mil plus a big pool for staff. Throw in our resources and recruiting budget. It’d be hard for him to say no. And that’s not even the homer perspective.

My bad I seen it as chadwell but Campbell is even worse he has a complicated offense that will take years to install and we have already seen how that works out (Fulmer/Clawson) only bright spot is his players play hard for him...like do we even know if he can recruit the south? History shows people who can’t don’t last
The vast majority of his roster is from Florida, Georgia, and Texas. I think he can recruit in the south.

And our roster is going to be rough for a few years, so if it takes a couple years to fully implement his offense thats cool.

Im just spitballing here for a second, but what if in this crazy ass scenario. We convinced Tony Elliott to come and convinced him to bring Brent Venables with him?

Campbell isn’t in the sunbelt. Campbell has proven more than your daddy Kiffin

You sure about that? I mean he's never won 10 games in a season. Kiffin has 2 10 win seasons. I mean Campbell at Iowa state looks like an average to above average coach. This is not a guy you throw 7 to 8 million at. Won 9 games once in 5 years. 😂 Don't get me wrong he's a good coach, but some of yall act like he's the best thing out there and worth a truck load of money. Just not true.
