Interesting. This would conflict with AV's hint that they already have their guy, but interesting nonetheless. Thanks for sharing.

I think both things could theoretically be true. AV is privy to high level information it seems, so while they may be doing their due diligence with multiple candidates, they are signaling to AV and others that x coach is their pick and to prepare for that.

I hope whoever the coach is, he is likable and has charisma. Some may think that’s overrated, but we have had 3 straight guys who were thin skinned dictator wannabes. Give me a guy who is actually really good with people. I legit think, since that seems to be a specialty of our AD, the hire will be that type of person.
