For everyone who is falling all over themselves about Freeze and what he did at Ole Miss....Matt Campbell is doing the same or more at the Big 12 equivalent of Ole Miss and without the southern recruiting advantage.

Beats highly ranked teams while having less talent.

No, its from another poster, asking a poster who claims to be close to Campbell if he thinks Campbell would accept that. Says there would need to be a large buyout and there are 3 NFL teams that Campbell may be interested in.

Unpopular take: Butch was a good football coach (albeit with flaws) and will likely have success again. He was so close to really breaking through in 2015 and 2016, and had we gotten a bounce go the other way here or there, he could still be here killing it. But not enough bounces went his way, and the negativity sunk him.

he is a good coach and will be again... at Ark State or Utah or Illinois. the expectations here are insane.

There was a Bob Kesling interview with White up on YouTube. I watched it, then they took it down for some reason.

He told Bob that after talking with him, he could see why all football coaches fail here, and **** canned him on the spot. It was crazy.

Not really. Bob asked him some bad questions for 8 minutes and that was it.
