Kill is pissed that Fleck didn’t keep any of his staff. Who does this? Honestly. I’m not a fleck fanboy but this article was stupid.

No, he was pissed because of the way Fleck went about it. He bad mouthed those coaches...many of which he had coached with on previous staffs. If you look at Kill's record at MN, you will see that he greatly improved that program. He was forced to medically retire midseason due to epilepsy and his DC took over with basically the same staff. They went 9-4 the next season. Fleck came in, fired everyone and trashed them on the way out just to go 5-7 and 7-6 the next two seasons. That program may turn out better under him, but he hasn't done enough to show that yet and Kill has good reason to be unhappy with Fleck. Just my thoughts...

Well for one, Minnesota 27ppg this year and ole miss was 39ppg. Need a high powerful offense and that's what Kiffins excels in. Players want Kiffin

Just spoke with a source who indicated that Tennessee has reached out to Minnesota coach PJ Fleck’s agent, and that he did pick up the phone. But we don’t know much more than that at this point about what it means or to what extent Fleck is involved in the Vols’ search right now.
We will continue to pass along any additional updates we hear. But right now it sounds like there’s at least some truth to Fleck being on Tennessee’s radar.

Honesty the last 10 years hiring coaches has seem to get much harder. It just seems so very unpredictable but I had a post earlier where the assistant coaches hired had been way most successful than hiring sitting head coaches over the last 6-8 years.

I can recall all these coaches being proclaimed as the next great coach around here

and they all are awful. I’d say 99.9 % of us at some point would have jumped for joy for at least one those names. Now we’d vomit and that just goes to show you it’s very hard to know how good some coaches are

Well honestly it's about fit too. Some of those coaches may have thrived in other situations. Even though Miles is sucking right now but could he have done better somewhere other than KS? Could Frost be better say at Florida?

Yep, Campbell has no agent. Has a financial adviser and an attorney that he relies on per an Athletic article from December.
