Just looking at the roster... We all follow recruiting in here. There are a lot of names still on there that were big recruiting wins we haven't seen play yet. I don't know how good they've been developed. But a fresh start for all these players has to be good.

It's not UGA/Bama level obviously but nobody is. Florida's not either. We're probably never going to be like that honestly. Doesn't mean we couldn't still be pretty good. Especially if one of these QBs emerges.

Just give me some exciting games and let's play the underdog for a couple years. Let's go ruin UGAs season!

If we can score we've got a chance. Still choosing joy.

Hardly. As a fan base we are insanely quick to throw our support blindly at the next coach. God forbid anyone raise concerns or question a decision. Even you said “I think I’ll trust his decision over yours” in response to one of my other posts and I promise that same exact line was uttered for Pruitt. It’s tiresome.
You know what is even more tiresome? The constant neverending bitching and nitpicking. It is like camping when the cicadas are in full form.

If bitching about JHs hires makes you feel better in some way then go for it...you have that right.

I'm going to hold off on bitching untill he hires some dude that I know sucks.

Someone should tweet this to Danny:D:

Yeah, I can’t really argue against that, except to say that even while Lock regressed, the overall team record basically stayed the same.

You would know better than I, but it seems like this offense is capable of putting up a ton of points against bad teams, and that those stats can be hollow.
Better than struggling to score against bad and mediocre teams...so I really don't understand the gripe.

If a team has a relatively good to great defense it is obviously going to slow any offense down. It looks to me like other than when playing against a really good defense, the only thing that slows these offenses down are the QB having an off day.

When these offenses have a good QB and skill position players, and he is in the zone...no defense really stops them.

I am sick of watching Bama and Clemson and LSU and even Ole Miss thos year and wishing we had an offense like that.

Sign me up for beating Vandy 63-24 and the other cupcakes every year..I'd love to watch that.

I think a good DC will figure out how to use all the pieces we have in the front 7. Seems pretty stocked.
Very worried about the secondary though. Gonna need lots of development from guys like Burrell and Slaughter, and early contributions from guys like Rucker.
