But there are countless variations that open up according to the quarterbacks comfort level.
Right so a lot of the plays look very similar because 3/4 options may be the same as before. Since there’s usually 3 progressions tops.... there may be some plays where there are 5 eligible WRs but 1 or 2 of them have 0 intentions of getting the ball thrown their way.

Love when you talk dirty...and I almost understand it. 😅

Okay so I just turned on a 2018 game with Milton as QB, and he is way better than Gabriel. Scratch all that stuff about the same 4 plays. They’re doing a lot of different stuff. He clearly limited the offense because Gabriel is limited in what he can do. Positive sign that he is able to adapt to his players strengths

Lol I told you all of this the day he was hired.
Where’s the trust!?!?!? 😅

There are many different parts to CA, and the Bay Area, LA, OC and SD are not at all the same. People who don't like CA don't live there, and people who love it don't want to live anywhere else. TEHO.
Maybe great for many. Once you get out of the city, northern CA is beautiful. However, my wife is a realtor, and many are leaving CA in droves. Her biggest clientele are those relocating. That state as well as Michigan and Washington are common.

Definitely agree with you that Gabriel is an average at best QB. Think that also speaks to the limited football knowledge of the UCF fanbase. They don't seem to be accounting for the decline in wins is due to qb ability, and are whining because they aren't going undefeated every year. I think their criticisms should be taken with a grain of salt.
Every time we lose a big time recruit to another team people say he was over rated anyway. The same applies to fans who lose a good coach--he really really was just lucky, glad he's gone. That's just how it works

Milton was (hopefully he still is) a straight baller
last time I was at the facilities while he was there, (last spring) his walk was back to normal but he had a little dip when he ran. Not sure how far he’s come along since.
if he makes it all the way back to where he was his last season , it would be so impressive.

It frightens me that he will he’s be playing behind FSU’s Swiss cheese oLine. Yikes

Elon Musk just left California for Texas. They were bleeding him dry with their tax base. Their loss is our gain.

I hope he gets to at least 95%. We don’t play FSU and he’s fun to watch when he’s healthy. Plus after watching interviews and spots on him I can’t help but root for the guy. Love his attitude.

The bad part is when people leave like that..... they tend to bring people that vote for in the same direction that caused them to leave.
We got enough to absorb. Massive growth and telecommunications companies abound...including my wife.

My favorite play I saw him run was when the QB faked a hand off into the qb run but instead of running he lured the de and lb up...... the tightend slipped right behind them.... the qb kind of push passed it over the defense...... I saw it used twice with both times it gaining around 12 yards.

The decline in wins is not due to their QB ability tho. They still put up stupid points.
Perhaps, their defense definitely declined in 2020 but was pretty much the same for 2018/2019. Also think that just because a QB puts up numbers doesn't mean that he's making winning plays, e.g. JGs entire career.

Looked at the QBR rankings for Milton and Gabriel. Definitely think that Milton gave them an edge over Gabriel. Would have been interesting to see their record this year if the defense played better.

Milton
2017 - 5
2018 - 11

Gabriel
2019 - 43
2020 - 20

Milton was def better. They were still top 10 in ppg with Gabriel. Defense is what hurt them.

Have you taken a Formal Logic course? That was one of the weirder courses in philosophy...had no idea there was a developed "language" for logic that is basically like doing math.
Yeah I enjoyed that course. I'm good at math so it came pretty naturally. It really changed how I think through math problems, and also changed the way I judge math teachers. Some math teachers are just good at math, but have no real clue of the logic behind it or simply don't know how to explain/teach that logic. I quickly tune those teachers out and just go for the book. lol
