A lot of talk about heupel losing 4 games this year but looking back he easily could have been more wins

They got beat good by BYU in bowl game. Which I think is his only double digit loss as a Hc.

Lost to Cincinnati by 3. UCF Led that game going into 4th Qtr when a interception led to a go ahead Cincy TD to take first lead of game. We all saw Cincy was legit vs UGA.

Lost by 1 to Memphis in a game they led until final minute and they should have still won but missed FG from 22 yd line on final play.

Lost by 8 to Tulsa. Led going into 4th Qtr. Had ball driving to the Tulsa 23 on final drive then a holding penalty made final play be from 33 with I believe a 10 second run off.

So in 2020 everyone points to some big drop off but 3 of the 4 games were one possession games and your really an interception or a defensive stop vs Cincy and a made FG vs Memphis away from 8-2.

Saw where Gilbert chose UF. That really sucks.

Why do I still feel like we can't have nice things?

I’m not being negative but why would he choose here?

He’s prob spoken Heupel like one time in his life. We just fired our coach, who he liked, even if we did not.

One, I really wanted him to choose UT just off pure emotion. B, I really didn't want him to choose the gators just off pure emotion.

We got Hooker. I still have no idea if we actually got Big Kat as he deleted his commitment post. And we've lost a buttload.
I knew we've lost a lot so far with a good chance at losing a couple more key contributors.

I was just hoping we had picked up a few, we're going to be razor thin in a lot of positions and severely defecient at a few key positions. It's going to be ugly and likely just when we get a little depth we'll get hit with sanctions.

Is what it is though.

Adding to this, 2019. His 3 losses were by a combined 7 pts

Tulsa by 3 - again led going into 4th qtr. Gabriel had two interceptions inside his own 20 that led to 10pts late in 3rd and 4th Qtrs.

Lost by 3 to cincy - another Gabriel turnover fest. INT inside Cincy 10. Fumble inside his own 20 that led to a TD, pick 6, int in red zone

Lost by 1 to Pitt - lost on last drive of game. Had a drive in 4th Qtr that turnover on downs at Pitt 15. Two other possessions in game Gabriel threw INT in red zone.

Could have easily had an undefeated season with a freshman QB but freshman mistakes happen.

I can't escape this feeling of dread that the next few years are going to be really, really bad. I hate feeling this way.

Can BVS be terminal?
im tellin' you man, go to a HS game, go see Maryville Scots, or Carson Newman. It's great.

Also, EPL, Rugby, NFL. Sky's the limit.
