KY and OM will be losses IMO.

Kiffin will make it a mission to run us over and KY, well, until otherwise proven, will beat us.

California's growth is slowing, but it is still net gaining people. It's just the media that tells you otherwise

California's Population - Public Policy Institute of California.
The post was about the desirability of living in CA. Even this article says more people are moving out than are moving in, about 900,00 since 2010. The only reason the overall population has increased is because of births. That has nothing to do with the desirability of a state. I know the media lies, but that also has nothing to do with the desirability of a state and people moving out.

That is one heck of a 1st year.
It probably won't happen, but there's only 2 unwindable games on the schedule, and then there's FL who, even though they're taking a step back, will beat us. None of those other teams are any good. Depends on what he can get out of us in year 1. Could go anywhere from 7-5 to 9-3 imo. I don't see the doom and gloom people are projecting of 5-7 or something like that. We'll win the three cupcakes. Vandy is terrible, SC is terrible. That's 5. Pitt, KY, Mizz, and Ole Miss are average at best.

I would love it but realistically, we're likely to have a couple sketchy years. Will the fanbase stay on board during the struggles?

I am hoping for seven. Alot will depend on getting the roster fixed on Defense in certain position groups (such as LB) whether that is from some of the portal guys staying at TN or getting incoming transfers. Currently we have some major flaws on the defensive roster if all the players in the portal don't come back.

The original discussion was about people leaving Cali for Arizona and Texas. You are correct that those numbers (Cali increase in population) have nothing to do with that discussion. It appears Cali's population is still slowly growing from births and international re-locations. But domestic re-locations are in the negative in Cali, and that proves the original point.
