This school deserves to fail if white is up in JHs ass about diversity bullsh**.

It is a lose lose situation for everyone and nobody wants to admit it if it is indeed happening. This school will lose out by possible removing the best fit for the job from the candidate list. The coach will lose because he will be held to a higher standard by some and if he fails it will do nothing but prove the beliefs of those that opposed the hire to begin with. Only in a perfect world could this be a positive and we all know the world is far from perfect. Lets just get the best we can get and move forward no matter what they look like, that is a win for everybody involved.
