Sorry but you have no idea who has or has not actually turned down a contract offer. This guy has been a DC for a long time and has worked with James Franklin for 5 years, is a good recruiter and knows the state. I am all in.

I think it’s hilarious that some on this site believe they know exactly who has been offered, how much and for how long. I think they say that just to complain.
