I'll be more interested to see where Hodge and Whitehead end up. I think Hodge is better as our big RB and Whitehead at LB, but who knows where they want to play.

I'd like to see what the new staff can do with some of these shuffled around players. Maybe a fresh start and some new voices in the room can help them find their potential. If not, we're not out anything by keeping them, and IDT we're in a great position to kick opportunity to the curb.

Yeah I agree... It will be interesting to see where some of these "hybrid" players who were shuffled around end up in this new system... may only take some real coaching/development to get a few of these kids to the next level of production.

I expect Beckwith will be more of a HB who spends more time at TE standing than anything else, probably going to feast with Alex coaching him and his size/speed going down the middle of the field. Gronk 2.0 if we're lucky.

At this point Crouch is better suited splitting his time at RB and LB... he's barely okay at LB (should be more of an edge rusher if possible), but can definitely get yards after contact running the ball... Yeah , Yeah, I know he's not going to move to RB, but if he wants to truly help the team and make a difference, he should consider it...

I think Crouch might be okay as an OLB, I just don't think he's suited for inside.

So because I apparently love to self-harm, I made the mistake of listening to Hyams today while I went grocery shopping. First he railed about how UT didn't give Dale Jones an interview for DC. Said Dale expressed interest, and that Rodgers and the Louisville DC had vouched for him, but UT never contacted him. Jimmy seemed indignant.

Then he had Dr. Jerry Punch on. I normally like Dr. Jerry, but today he and Jimmy went on about how UT should have hired Steele and brought back John Chavis and Dan Brooks.

I really wish we could get some intelligent sports radio hosts in Knoxville.

This is just the kind of day I have had. First a clerical error caused me to lose all E-CRED (Banks was mistakenly omitted from the list). I make another list for LB in what could be considered a somewhat lucid moment. (I was playing on the computer and found some names) I go outside and play with my Tonka (old school made out of metal) come back in spill my juice cup because my hands were cold (Grape KOOL Aid all over everything), lost a Crayon ( the green one no less) and now this. This has been a trying day but I will soldier on.....being a VOL fan that is just what we do.

He's back
