All pro sports can get bent. Play the flipping games you are paid to play and stop trying to force political agendas down peoples' throats. You will likely alienate a large portion of your fan base and draw unwanted attention to your already failing products. Just play your games and stop trying to socially engineer Americans. We are a stubborn hard headed lot and as soon as you try to tell us the sky is blue we will dig our heels in and you won't be able to convince us it isn't green. Just stop!
That’s shocking. They’ve had 14 players drafted in the last decade. 8 players in the last 5 years.
We’ve had 19 players drafted in the last decade. 11 in the last 5 years.

Doesn't get any better than Yul and Charlton.I had a vision of Dee Beckwith decleating a blitzing Florida player.....
So let it be written...So let it be done.

I know Glavine was a great pitcher, even though he got so many BS outside corner calls that it belies comprehension, but his comments and quotes as the player rep during the strike sickened me. It was clear as day, to me, that he did not give a rat's ass about the common fan. He's a better man than I. After the second player strike when Glavine was the rep, I'd had enough. Haven't watched MLB since. When it became clear that fans no longer mattered, I walked away.
Amazing what happens when a staff develops talent over 4 or 5 yearsThat’s shocking.
Edit:
After not producing a single NFL Draft pick in 2017 or 2018, a total of seven Kentucky players have been selected over the last two drafts, including five in 2019, the most in a single year since 1979.
The 2021 NFL Draft is shaping up to be another big day for Mark Stoops and UK football, as Matt Miller of The Draft Scout has included four Wildcats in his latest mock draft. -247
Still a bit weak, but much better than I was. Fever reached over 102. Back to normal now. Couldn't eat for a few days without getting sick. Still on oxygen.
All of thisFootball is my escape from real life troubles. If it fails to be that, I step away for a minute. I can’t understand those that allow football to make their lives miserable. Very unhealthy, and some need to learn priorities.
That said, there’s something exciting about change and the hard work and sacrifices that a team has to put in for ultimate success (coaches and players). None of the best sports movies feature only the pinnacle of a win or championship, but the struggle to get there. That’s why I love practice videos and recruiting. That’s where the struggle lies, and that’s where this team will grow. We can either wallow in the past or enjoy the growth like watching Hoosiers for the first time. I’m choosing hope, and will raise my raise my voice high to be that 1 percent that helps this team grow strong.
He was a lot nicer than I would be about it. Purchasing tickets for an announced game from any organization is a contract despite all the disclaimers written in to protect their sorry arses. Yes - they can move or cancel it legally. Ethically and morally as in this case when health and safety are not involved - nope. Where does it stop? Every time they want to make a political point of any type (yes - it is political) do they cancel or move a game in any sport? Kiss the biggest part of the fan base goodbye. As painful as it is to fans, watching and spending money on pro sports can be one of those things that can KOA.
Save your money and buy a boat or other big purchase you've always wanted but never had the budget for. We spend thousands of dollars a year per family to watch and cheer for professional sports. They take our money and then slap us in the face. Let's all go do something else for a while. We speak loudest with where we spend our money. Let's spend it on something else for a while and let the owners and players feel the pain.
