Impact is rough. Gotta lose about 20 lbs and it'll feel better. My left ankle will be **** by the time I'm 45.
I could run couple miles, or do about two sets of squats if I rest for three to four days. that aint happenin'

good lord, same house in my neighborhood is big chiefin' air night. it aint cheapt stuff either.

keep it man, you'll get there.

I think push ups are the best work out.

1) they’re free
2) they can be done anywhere
C) they work out the most important muscles—triceps, pecs, shoulders, and triceps.
5) biceps are lame and useless mainly because I can’t grow them. Triceps > biceps
B) incidentally works the core too
