I mean Trippie is in his feelings about me joking with you about letting your daughter receive a full ride scholarship to an SEC school lol. Dude all of us would congratulate you on that.

I mean.. If my wife walks out on me thinking she can do better & ends up with my nemesis you think I’m gonna be congratulating her? Hell nah. I get both angles but at the end of day some kids have passion for the university they play for and some kids don’t. We haven’t been relevant since the 90’s and the last time we had any sort of rivalry was when Lane ran the score up on UGA. (Muschamp hated us more than spurrier but I don’t count that) I can almost guarantee that the third Saturday in fall won’t be so glorious for Too’Too.

Not really. Is what it is. I'm more mad about his teammates not being angry about it. That's why I brought up Swain. You know, an actual VFL, who talked about how he would have been ticked if one of his teammates transferred to Alabama and he's frustrated with the players on our team not caring.

Didn't you mention world class athletes? There's one, and I agree with him.

I have no idea. If he does it'll probably have more to do with back handing the fans who are trashing him so hard than his former teammates.

I guess to me it's odd, Swain was all up in arms ready to burn the program down for Tee's soft ass. Seems kinda hypocritical when he was doing the same damn thing. He wanted to put Tee's success ahead of the university, is that different from what the teammates are wanting for Henry now?


I don't know as a fan I want to see Henry T buried on the depth chart and never see the field again, cause **** 'em that's why. But I didn't spend 2+ years playing beside the guy and being his teammate so it's far easier for me to cut ties with mercenaries than people working beside 'em all day.

If my kid goes to play for UF, I will absolutely not wear that hat. And I'll clearly have done an abysmal job parenting.

I don't know why "class" has to be determined.

As a high school senior, he chose us over Alabama because he liked his fit in the scheme (which both schools shared) and decided his path to playing time was much quicker in Knoxville.

When the coaches who recruited him were fired, and the scheme totally changed, he decided to go elsewhere. It's not a surprising decision. We've benefitted from these same decisions in the past - Cade Mays comes to mind.

Of all things, I'm actually surprised Alabama had a spot for Henry. The rumor mill had been swirling that he didn't have a spot and he was going to land at Ohio State.

I just spoke with a "friend" that is a season ticket holder and has been for decades at that school down south and we briefly talked about the "transfer " from UT. This is his take and he is as up on their roster as many here are up on ours. He thinks HT will play but he will be used as a edge rusher and some in the middle. He doesn't think he be used anywhere near the way he was used here, as he said "We have to many Horses". Just relaying info from one of their more sane fans if there is such a thing.

Wait, are the players sleeping with each other on birthdays, valentine's day, and sometimes giving BJs for special occasions to one another?
